Was in today looking for a replacement part and got excellent and very professional advice. Very warm atmosphere inside.

What a great team at the Fireplace & Leisure Centre!

First off, I have to thank Perry!

One day after I called with an issue, Perry had his team on site.

The service team completed the service call, cleaned the full unit, replaced the batteries in the receiver as found to be faulty.
They also found that the pilot was was rusty so they cleaned it off, upon leaving the unit was working fine.

Wow! Very impressed. Great job!

Great company to deal with - bought our fireplace at the Spring Cottage Life show and it was installed a couple of months later. They were so pleasant to talk to - put us at ease as were had not had a fireplace in the 17 years we have owned our cottage. Can't wait now for the first cold day.
