Lakeland Contracting

I had a "small" job that absolutely had to be done and Lakeland was the only contractor who was willing to take on the work. It meant that I had to wait until more lucrative work was finished but I was absolutely fine with that. The guys showed up at my place on time and quickly set to work. They were able to get everything done quickly and were easily able to overcome any difficulties that cropped up. When they left, the worksite was cleaner than when they arrived. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and especially with the fact that the final bill was less than the initial quote. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland to anyone wanting construction work done in the Parry Sound area.

Lakeland did a fabulous job with upgrades to our family cottage. There were multiple tasks (kitchen renovation, window and flooring replacement, foundation work) and with each, the care and attention was evident in the quality of the final product. We couldn’t be happier with our cottage addition! Dave and his team were on site all summer while we occupied the main cottage, and they were great - quiet, hardworking, all round nice guys. They were there when they said they’d be, and the project was finished on budget and almost when Dave estimated. The site was always neat (important and indicative of the quality of work according to our stone mason son-in-law), and the finished product is beautiful. We will sing Lakeland’s unqualified praises to all who ask.
