Paynes Dockside Fish 'n' Chips

Great fish and chips.

Dinner for two was more than enough food. Fish was nice and crispy as were the fries.
Pick up by boat. Prices seemed a little high, but understandable given their short season.

Very nice drive up from Bala, Muskoka. We ordered enough for big lunch and take home for dinner. Loved the fish, but the fries were the best i've had. Fanastic eatiing venue offering excellent veiw of the inlet makes for a very pleasurable dinning experience.

Well worth the drive off of the highway for some fish and chips on the elevated deck over the water.

Great fish and chips! We also thought it was a restaurant but it's a cute little food truck. The Jr portion is just right to fill a regular person (comes with 2-3 pieces). It's a little on the pricey side but the fish is nice and flaky and well worth it. We came here twice during our stay in the area. The patio gives a great view of the lake

So far the best fish and chips in the area! The batter is light and fluffy and not greasy. A little on the pricey side but big portions so get the junior portion if you don't have a big appetite. All in all a nice place to go to. Nice view from the patio too!
