Happynest Cottage

My partner and I rented the Granny Flat area and it was lovely! The outdoor screened in kitchen was great! We went up north to be outside so that was perfect.

We really enjoyed using the boat to expore the lake and all the islands. There was so much to see and do on the lake. There was cliff jumping, multiple places where you could just hike or do a beach day. One place was so secluded, it felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves, it was beautiful.

There was a lovely fire pit as well. It was good sized and prerty safe for little ones (no jagged edges). The owner offers firewood at a very reasonable rate.

Also we ended up having a fire with the owner and his two workers and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. They were so kind and nice to speak with. Bob is quite funny and has some good stories to tell!

All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some time away.
