Elmar's worked on 4 of my vehicles over the years (2 Subarus, 1 Dodge Caravan, 1 Toyota). I first went to his previous shop in Brampton and followed him to his current shop. He is very knowledgeable and extremely honest. He doesn’t try to rip you off by doing unnecessary work. In fact, he saved me at least $3000 for a repair that wasn’t necessary at the time. And when he does do any repairs he does it right the first time. He’s also very thorough in explaining the problem and what needs to be repaired. Elmar goes into detail explaining what the part does and how it relates to other parts/systems. If other problems are found when the car is on the hoist to fix the original problem, he lets me know right away. It happens. Sure, the original estimate will increase due to the additional repair, but at least he was thorough and detected the problem. He did the extra repair and saved me another trip to his shop. I really appreciate his work ethic.

I highly recommend Elmar if you need an honest, experienced, and hard working mechanic. I live in Mississauga and it's a 20 minute drive (mostly highway) to his shop from my house. It's worth it, though.
