(March 6, 2019, 4:52 am)I usually go to this one because it is the closest one to my house but it is not my favourite. The whole library is very "modern" looking but very bland. Book selection is sub par. I went to another one (I forgot where, it was a little further) but it was very nice. Very modern looking, tall glass windows and it even had a playground and splash pad outside! Wicked if you have kids lol Anyway, the staff here is ok. I find that the staff upstairs are A LOT more snobby than the staff downstairs. One time I went there with my kids who were being loud because... well, they're kids! and the lady was trying to scold them for being too loud. Lady, relax and don' twist your t*ts. They're kids. They're going to be loud and act like kids. Maybe you should focus on something else more productive instead.. like taking that d*ldo out of your butt.
(January 26, 2019, 3:31 pm)Close to my home, they got just about everything needed from a library and more. Free WiFi, free computer use, even recording studio, 3d printing, etc... Free work related seminars, free tax filing for low income, free library card too for membership. At time they offer free tour of Brampton by bus for newcomers.
It is just next to Bramalea City Center and bus terminal so it is very accessible. They got snack bar inside also public washroom. Also got plenty of parking spaces just beside the building.
Of course they got books too, even DVDs and ebooks of most topics. Members can access free online trainings and music downloads too. They got power outlets to recharge your phone or use your own laptop. Excellent services, great job - Cheers!
(December 4, 2018, 6:24 pm)The staff is very professional and the environment is very cozy. I have been coming to this library for over 4 years now and I love studying here. However, ever since they renovated this branch, they have completed eliminated snacks in the library. They only allow covered beverages and expect that we eat our food outside. Which is completely understandable, however the cafe outside also does not allow us to eat our food at their tables.. This only leaves the three benches outside the library to eat our food and sometimes those are also fully occupied. When someone is going to spend 5-6 hours at this library, they should be allowed to eat snacks. Please revise your policy or allow us to use the tables at the Cafe. Thanks.
(October 22, 2018, 4:45 pm)I love this library, have been coming here since I was in a stroller, but since I've been studying here I have noticed that the librarians seem to not care that this is a library. They tend to talk in a normal voice, which is louder than anything that should be at a library.
A little difficult for people who come to the library for quiet studying.
