    I LOVE HOURGLASS. Where does one even start. 1. The trainers are amazing. They push you and motivate you. If you ever have questions about your diet and your food intake they will help and answer all your questions. 2. The place itself is super clean, nice and its ALL GIRLS (which is what I love because I hate creepy men watch me workout). I stopped going for a few months and when I got back to it I can see the difference in a lot of the girls. It just motivates you to actually witness someones progress. Lastly, the trainers truly notice when you are not attending class regularly. I got an email from Ruby asking me why I've missed class. I felt like that itself, people/trainers NEVER do. Hourglass CARES which is why i love them and recommend them to everyone I know.

    Great location, very clean and tidy gym, awesome energetic instructors. Classes are super motivating and challenging in the right way! Best of all you get results!

    Love this place!! Amazing instructors push you to your limits and train you hard. The girls are all great!

    Hourglass is an amazing women's only bootcamp-like program. Ruby, the instructor and fitness guru owns this particular location and is AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough great things about her and her passion to get women feeling better about themselves. 5 Stars!!
