(March 6, 2019, 2:06 pm)Not impressed with the lack of basic knowledge at the lab. When dealing with medical professionals it should be more than just a robotic transaction with people reading a script. It is more comforting to know that people who are providing care and have been there for more than 5 years are able to answer basic questions.
