The service can be hit or miss, it depends on who is helping you. (This is the reason for only 3 stars). If I could rate the individuals I would give Simar 5+. I have NEVER been disappointed by her. She is the BEST!!!! I have different shaped eyebrows and a scar and she is one of the few people who threads and shapes them properly. As well, she did an updo for me. I have long pin straight hair that does not hold curls very well. She did an AMAZING job. My do survived an entire night of partying and still looked good when I got home. I promise you will not be disappointed if you ask for Simar.
I got my highlights done from their hair stylist sharon and was pretty pleased with results, totally recommended.
