  Nothing wrong with the service. But they could put a better customer service oriented receptionist at the front desk. Nothing like dealing with a grumpy looking person there.

  My friends cat, Dokota aka Chicken, was taken care of and treated really well. And as I sat in the waiting room I seen their customer service to other pets and their owners and was very impressed!

  I prefer this animal hospital out of any other in brampton, the vets are friendly and authentic, my little tabby had an infection from another cat bite, they were gentle and educated me on the quality of cat food surrounding my cats gums and bladder, we only buy that mix now, he loves it more than anything off the shelf that we were getting before, there really great with shots too!

  Clean environment, friendly/calm staff. Staff work great with my difficult/aggresive cat. Open 24hrs for emergencies to allowing you to provide all pet health care needs in one spot! Love it!
