I don’t go there often but I should go more. There sales are very good

The store is small but they do have lots of items in stock. For a hardware store, they have most things that other hardware stores would have. Very clean and well organized too. The staff here are friendly and the service is great.

I read through many of the posted reviews and I am definitely in agreement with the positive ones. I have been assisted by various staff, always helpful, eager to satisfy and always to a positive outcome. In contrast, the other HH in Brampton had lost my business long ago when they absolutely refused to allow me to return a Home Hardware item within a couple days of purchasing it. I had my receipt. The item was a stocked item and only cost about $8! Yet, they refused to accept it because it was from a different HH. Since refusing the $8 return, they have lost countless purchases and gained a terrible review and word of mouth references. I have told everyone to go to the NorthWest HH, for sure!

My husband and I went here for the first time today. It's smaller than Home Depot but still had everything we needed. Our shopping experience was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable staff. Thank you Ben & Arthur! We will be going there more often. Sorry Home Depot, we like you but HH blew you out the water!!

Always thought the best would only be found at the bigger chain stores. However, this time around I decided to support my local home hardware store and was surprised at the amazing customer service provided by Nick and Khalif, two associates of the sales staff.

I went in looking for a well-built wheel barrow and was quite content with the selection offered at Northwest Home Hardware. They offered amazing pricing, with great quality backed by their staff, who help you from the minute you enter the store to the minute you left.
