  Norm/Paul and his team are the best at the Rutherford Collision center. It was my first experience when I visited them during 3rd week of August after an accident during night. I was in a state of shock after the accident; it was during this time the tow truck driver part of Rutherford Collision center team, approached me who was very polite and offered all the help I could get. It was the tow truck driver who recommended me to Rutherford Collision center even though I had no clue as to the nature of this collision center. I trusted him and my car was towed to this collision center at night when it was closed. That was hard to believe.
  Next day I contacted my insurance company, they recommended few collision center but Rutherford Collision center was not in their list. After my quick research to get some reviews of this collision center, I finally decided to stay with Rutherford Collision center. Following day I met Norm at Rutherford Collision center for the first time, he greeted me with a smile and explained the whole procedure which would take 2-3 weeks for the insurance company to investigate and make a report.
  Meanwhile I had to rent a car until they fixed my vehicle; Rutherford collision center arranged a nice brand new Honda Civic with only 5000 KM in it. Wonder how they recognized my taste for Honda, which was awesome. I did visit the collision center during the period of repair; I was given a warm welcome and very kind to give me all the details and advised that my vehicle would be ready in the next 2-3 weeks. In fact they kept their promise and when I looked at my vehicle it was like a new car, perfect job. I would highly recommend this collision center for their excellent customer services. I did visit them twice for some help which they readily agreed. Kudos !!

  I was rear ended and my 2017 Porsche Cayenne was damaged badly. One of my friends recommended Rutherford Collision Centre and I am glad that I listened to him. My point of contact was Mark. He provided THE best customer service. They left my vehicle looking brand new !!! Hands down the best body shop around !!!!
