The Curl Ambassadors Curly Hair Salon

I was super nervous about my hair and cut when I went to the salon because of a bad experience the year before. Toni thoroughly went through our consultation to get an idea of the things that are important to me with my hair, showed me the first cut and was keeping me informed the entire time what was happening. Very pleased with my hair cut, and can finally say I found a hair stylist that I can stick with!

I’ve been going to Curl Ambassadors Brampton since September 2018 and I love my results every time I leave!!

I had been growing out my chemically relaxed hair to “transition” to my natural curls for about a year and a half before my first appointment. I have 4C natural curls, so when it came time that I couln’t manage the two textures, I knew it was time to book an appointment somewhere that would understand my two textures and be able to properly get rid of my strangely straight ends.

After searching online for hours, I kept finding results for Toronto or salons that didn’t have experience for my hair type. I was so excited when I found the Curl Ambassadors brand and even more excited when I saw that they had a Brampton location!! After reading all they have to offer from their website, I made an appointment and was optimistic about my hair journey.

My 4C curls can be difficult to manage on a daily basis but with the education and styling tips I received from Toni, it’s made my daily experience so much better! She is THE BEST with scissors. She skillfully brought out the best hair shape for my face; I could have cried tears of joy when she was able to transform my stray and strangled relaxed ends to reveal my beautiful curls. She is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. She’s gentle at the sink with washes and does a really awesome job of painless detangling; the hair is styled right at the sink. She brings so many years of experience with her and it shows in her results.

Chris, the owner, is extremely friendly and welcoming; she’s very knowledgeable about all curl types. She’s made amazing recommendations for products to use on my 4C hair and she took the time to help me understand my curls.

The salon itself is a breath of fresh air :) The decor is welcoming and bright; ALWAYS good vibes with the music and staff!! I enjoy every visit and can say that I prefer it to the other salons I’ve been to, which have been too loud and overcrowded. Curl Ambassadors Brampton always runs my appointments on time and I’m happy to know it’s never going to be an all day experience when I have an appointment scheduled.

I have curly hair and have recently been trying to embrace and really take care of them. I have very thick and long dead hair so
i assumed cutting some of the dead ends would help with the weight. I just booked an appointment with my original stylist and she ruined my hair. I called The Curl Ambassadors to help me fix the mess that she created.

I heard about them from a few curlies in a Facebook group so I thought I'd try it out. I was super nervous because I had already spent so much money on my original cut so the price was making me nervous. I went anyways and I was totally impressed. Toni is AMAZING. She brought my damn curls back to life in ways I didn't know possible. I now know what works and doesn't work for my hair and Toni and the team from The Curl Ambassadors are the reason for all of that.

I couldn't thank them enough! I will definitely be going back!
