(February 21, 2019, 1:59 am)Dropped off my iPhone 7 plus because there was an issue with my audio chip that apple wouldn't fix. Apple advised that I can do a buy back option where they would buy the phone from me for only $300 or talk to my wireless provider. Both did nothing to fix the issue but instead asked to cough more money out of my pocket and that the only solution was to buy a new phone. I know that it's their faulty software, which they know due to many complaints about the same issue online. But found this place and spoke to Jag about it and he reassured me that it is fixable. He was right and fixed my phone with no issues. Now it works flawless! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
