There is generally a wait if you go during rush hours.
Service isn't great but they get the job done.

(August 10, 2018, 2:28 pm)Food is delicious with a spicy spin. My group ate jasmine rice with beef and cumin seeds, fried spicy fish, and vegetables with mushrooms. In addition, we tried a noodle dish, but I've forgotten the name. The service isn't that good, but I could overlook service for delicious food. Price points are good. We had a party of 5 and the total including tax and tip was $75.
