I am a builder and have been using their vacuum systems for almost 10 years. The service has always been excellent and the product works all the time. I highly recommend Tiffany and her company.
My husband and I recently purchased a home that was already equipped with a central vacuum. Needing some new accessories for our vacuum, I reached out to ACV for some information. Right from the start, my communication with Tiffany was amazing. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about their products. Having met Tiffany, I never once felt like I was being cheated, or that she was up-selling me any of their products. She was 100% honest, provided some great tips and maintenance advice (which I'm happy I took!). The central vacuum itself is amazing. The suction beats that of any other brand name cordless vacuum I've used. Another bonus is that you can actually purchase replacement parts, all of which are very reasonably priced and affordable which is refreshing. I was initially hesitant on using our central vac, but after my experience with ACV and having used our vacuum quite a bit, I can't imagine living without it. Thanks Tiffany!
