  Just had the utmost dissapointing and disgusting experience involving supposed Site Supervisor Mark Anthony. Arriving home from vacation my wife and I went to the unit to retrieve stuff stored there needed for work on Monday, to find our access had been blocked and a separate lock placed on our unit due to a supposed billing problem that we took time on our vacation to deal with as the payment information on file had not been updated by site staff after our last successful processed payment. Mr Anthony happened to be on site at this time but seemed unimpressed that he needed to help long time paying clients with a problem. And kept saying he had to leave as he had someone there he was paying by the hour there to move stuff. As I was attempting to get the number to call the regional office he then threatened to have the police called because he “needed to go and we were on his last nerve” Apple storage is this the kind of “Supervisor” you want representing your company? We are long standing clients with a premium unit who have never had a problem until now and this is how we were treated by your senior staff at the first sign of trouble that was caused by an oversight of another staff member. Please feel free to contact me about this matter I will be more then happy to provide other details of the appalling treatment we were provided on this visit.
  
  I Would like to note and thank the ownership at Apple Self Storage for swiftly responding to the incident. The people involved were swiftly made accountable for their actions most notably Mr Anthony being removed and I now can see that that behavior will defiantly not be tolerated by ownership and upper management. All recent encounters with the facility have been above par and the new site supervisor is a great person to deal with. Thank you for restoring my confidence. I can now say that i most defiantly recommend everyone to do business with them in the future.

  Facility is very clean and bright.
  Love indoor unloading dock as it was raining.
  However, when we moved in yesterday there were 5 vehicles in the bay but only 1 regular blue 4 wheel dolly and 1 pump truck for large items . Another blue dolly was there but the handle was missing.

  This is a great location for your storage needs. New, clean and seems to be very well maintained.
  
  1 Star off for the rude service received from "Lauren" during my initial sign up. The amount of attitude from her was unacceptable. Everything from her demeanour, to her tone, to even the words used were harsh. When I called her out about her attitude, she seemed to get a bit better after that.

  Apple Self Storage is the perfect solution to my small business needs! As an entrepreneur it is essential that I keep my business secure and safe at a cost that allows me to grow. Site manager Mark Anthony provided me with professional service & competitive pricing. Took the time to listen to my companies need, coming up with solutions and answering any questions I had. It is a relief to find business partners that want you to succeed as much as you do. Apple Self Storage I wish I could give 6 stars.

  The onsite manager Mark is definitely a prime example of an exemplary leader. Mark truly understands what it means to accommodate the unique needs of each customer. Not only was my experience satisfactory; this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend Apple Self Storage to anyone.
