  Great experience! I bought a 2011 Nissan Versa here in September 2018, very reasonable prices, friendly service and they threw in a set of winter tires and a free oil change. Very happy!

  My wife and I desperately needed a new vehicle. We found a rare 2.4L AWD Toyota Matrix at Chassis Auto and drove 7 hours from Sault Ste. Marie just to get it. I couldn’t believe the service we got here. The entire staff is beyond friendly and trustworthy and I would highly recommend shopping with this dealership. They even switched the tires over to winter tires for us to go back to the north, on the house. Every car on the lot was rust free and a highly desirable model. There was an overwhelming sense of honesty in every step of the purchase process, and I never felt like something was being hidden. They got us approved for financing in less than 12 hours and within 24 hours of my first phone call, we were back on the road to home. Trustworthy and great communication and great service. Five stars isn’t enough.

  Easily the best used vehicle transaction I've ever Had. Haris provided me with extraordinary customer service throughout the process. He fixed an issue I had with the vehicle before I even bought it. Coupled with a fantastic warranty, best price and constant communication, I was very impressed with his ethics. He had the car cleaned spotless, oil change done, all licensing as well.. What surprised me the most was his follow up message 3 mths after the sale.. Chassis Auto stands atop in my opinion. Highly recommend.

  Great quality service knowledgeable mechanic quality vehicle sales they don't buy garbage and fix ever small issues before the sale of a car definitely recommend chassis auto
