(February 21, 2019, 3:04 am)I purchased two refurbished PCs from CNB Computers through the Staples Canada website – first in late 2017 and again in early 2019. I had several follow-up questions and received outstanding support from Jasleen. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me out. She is a real tribute to the company. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend CNB Computers.
(August 11, 2018, 3:00 am)Excellent service! I usually do not write reviews but I have not see such a good customer service at every touch point. I purchased a laptop from staples and had a warranty issue, getting in touch with them, availability of different options to receiving of my Dell laptop. No words to describe the best service.
(August 2, 2018, 11:48 pm)Purchased 25 laptops via Amazon Business Prime, arrived in 2 days, all units fired up just fine. One had a faulty battery, but I called Amazon, they patched me through to the seller and Zil helped with the replacement. , The seller send out a replacement battery within 2 days. No issues, and pleased with the value of our HP machines. Thank you very much.
