She's gone above and beyond to help with any work orders, and repairs.. she offered to watch my daughter when i broke my foot, and couldnt take my 19 month old in the back of a ambulance.. when i had no one else (spouse waa out of town). My daughter loves her and gives her hugs all the time. i give 60 stars to the landlord shes a amazing and takes care of everything in a quick manner respectable manner. The building has come along ways from two years ago (2017) when i moved in. New windows/doors, building being rewired for cable and Internet, new balconies, and constantly upgrading. Its a old building and their doing the best they can.
Having mental illinesses its hard to relate and social with others and she makes me feel welcomed with friendly conversation.. Always nice and kind hearted. the best landlord I've ever had.
