(May 29, 2017, 5:14 pm)We are so thankful to have discovered this old school Italian deli in our new neighborhood. Go there for KILLER Italian sandwiches! Veal parm and meatball sandwiches were both exceptional! Beautiful fresh bread, peppers and onions, nice spicy sauce. This will be a regular stop for us for sure. I hope more people discover this place and support it. Mississauga needs to appreciate and support mom and pop gems like this - too much crappy chain food here.

(June 6, 2015, 10:45 pm)Recommended by a co-worker to this small mom & pop store selling cheese, deli meats - but the surprise is in their small take out section. Cosimo's is the perfect example of not to be deceived by external appearance as it's at the corner of a tiny strip joint. However, the food - WOW...simple but wonderfully tasting Italian food. The stand out's are their meatball, either as sandwich or as is, or their veal sandwich. While the sandwich costs $10 each, it's huge & worth the price. We have a bunch of office co-workers who have converted to being regular customers - and I'm talking former San Francisco sandwich regulars here...
They also have sausage, lasagna & other meats, but the home made menu varies by the day.
I strongly recommend this joint for anyone looking for simple Italian food...
PS: I'm an S Asian, having no affiliation with either the store or the wonderful couple running it - just a huge fan of their food.
