  The staff at this office is one of the most friendliest that I have come across in all my years of visiting medical facilities. The manager was very helpful and went out of her way to help my mother change for her x-ray while I went to park my car. She also helped my mother out to my car so that I could pull up out front. My mother and I were very impressed.

  The team at this clinic was great. I was seen immediately. As the technician prepared for my x-ray, though she had already cleaned the machine prior to my arrival, she wiped it down a second time, in front of me, without being asked, to offer me peace of mind. Fantastic experience.

  I have been to this place a few times and have seen the way "some" people are treated by a certain short coiffed blond lady and have to agree that there is truth to the stories being told.
  
  I have encountered her on some of her "bad days" but I am not one to be affected by this type of behavior and have held my ground with kindness helping the situation in some small way. Unfortunately, I have witnessed many that would not be helped by an overabundance of of kindness in any way as the attitude seems quite venomous in certain situations....and I will choose to end my comment toward that aspect of this establishment right there.
  
  As for the rest of the staff, I have to say, the young woman who does the xrays, (the one with the hijab) is one of the nicest, most patient and understanding technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!!!! A truly BEAUTIFUL soul who takes the time to work with any issues and never make you feel like a burden or that you wasting her time by moving at a slower pace. (Sadly, I have seen the opposite)
  
  The rest of the staff agrees, as I made the comment several times as I was exiting my last visit and the feeling was mutual.
  
  As mentioned, I personally, enjoyed my visit but understand the complaints and agree it should be looked into.
