    My daughter has been in the after school program for a few months now and I already see an improvement in her physical health and morale. Master Burgess runs a fantastic program and is an authentic person. He genuinely cares about the children and is accommodating to family needs and schedules.     The instructors are absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough good things about all of them (from top instructors down to the black belt helpers). They are so patient with the children and create an safe and friendly environment that you feel as soon as you enter the facility. My 3yo loves the Tiny Tigers program

    Great Place for kids after school program. Excellent staff who takes a good care of kids.

    Kids are always enjoying the play time here.

    I'm at Omac. Very good instructors fun educational and motivational. But you have to pay $75 for each belt and equipment $200 and way more. There really good but there expensive

    Passionate loud instructors that get everyone pumped up. You can tell that they truly love kids. Perfect body movement activity for them to get through long winter months and learn self defence at the same time. Great work guys!
