(March 5, 2019, 3:42 am)Very friendly and helpful ladies during weekday, daytime, hours when I visited recently to buy an ice cream cake. They also had a reasonable number of cakes to choose from.
The only downfall is it's pricey, but I can't dock the franchisee. Baskin Robbins single scoop price is too high now, they need to find a solution otherwise I can't see these locations lasting long term.

(August 13, 2018, 5:16 pm)Went to Baskin Robbins last week and walked out feeling really happy about the customer service. The girl serving me - Zohra - was very friendly and super knowledgeable. She handled me with patience as I took my time deciding what flavour I wanted. When I asked for a sundae, she made it exactly how I wanted and answered every question I had about it. It was overall a great experience.
