(January 29, 2019, 10:08 pm)I just finished my conversation withe Jasson. I called the company to say "Thank you Go Logistic, Well done!". My fridge, Samsung is in the kitchen. They called me before the delivery and I/we have had an excellent experience with both, the office staff and the two gentlemen who delivered the fridge in less than 10'. This is the best company! You cannot go wrong with Best Buy and delivery service is making that kind of reputation to be "the best of the best". Thank you again, Go Logistic!

(December 11, 2018, 7:20 pm)I am compelled to write a review for this company as I’ve dealt with them a few times and feel they went above and beyond to help me with a delivery issue caused by Best Buy.
Best Buy does not include any fine print in their delivery service when you purchase a treadmill. I have ordered a washer/dryer from Best Buy in the past and it was moved into place, in the basement of my home. I assumed the treadmill would also be able to be moved into place. This product, which is a similar weight to the washer/dryer is apparently only deliverable to the ground floor. Not only did Go Logistics schedule a three man team for me two days later, they also followed up with me when I wasn’t at home during the delivery window. I left someone there to let them in who wasn’t sure which room I wanted the treadmill in. From their delivery team to their customer service representatives, everyone was so so professional and helpful.
TL,DR;
Best Buy made a mistake and then I made a mistake and Go Logistics didn’t make any mistakes but fixed both.
(November 24, 2018, 10:01 pm)Updates: Rescheduled with another date and time, the delivery team is very on time. The staff is with nice attitude. Overall the company has quick response and able to fix the problem .

Confirmed delivery time and date. Waited for 3 hours delivery time frame. Cancelled by the driver on the same day without phone call or email notice.
