UPDATE: I had to go back to Fixt with another phone to repair the screen. Once again Jaspreet was very helpful - great customer service, and excellent repair. She was even able to tell me about an inadequate repair (missing parts!) done by another shop on that phone, which explains some of the problems I was having with it.
UPDATE 2: Fixt comes through again, bringing a dead phone to life! Great customer service!!! Thank you! -
