I have bought the heaven fresh ionic air purifiers for years as we all suffer from allergies in our home.They have become much less from using the heaven fresh ionic air purifier. Great machines have told so many people about them!! ????

HISTORY: Original store was in U.K. Then 2 sister companies were created -- one in Canada and another in the U.S. The U.K. and Canada companies died.

The U.S. company actually has no responsibility for the customers of the UK/Canada companies but they have helped out -- they sent replacements parts (filters, etc.) to Canada so Canadian customers can get parts needed regularly which was nice of them. They would like to open a Canadian office in future to get Canadian sales.

HeavenFresh makes simply the best products in the world which is why I'm rooting for the American company left standing.

The UK and Canadian companies died because each company was incompetent (I sent a unit in for repair to Mississauga and it came back and a few days later the problem resurfaced but by this time, my warranty had expired so the Canadian company would not fix it!!).

The U.S. company has put off opening a Canadian store this year as they need to concentrate on growing their own business first before picking up for the failed Canadian venture.

It's a bummer for Canadians and worse for U.K. customers at this point, though.

Picked up replacement filter for HF 380 at the Mississauga office. Staff were very friendly and James exceeded my expectations by repairing the unit on short notice to fit me into the busy schedule, thoroughly cleaned the unit and my bill was a lot less than what it could have been. I was very grateful for the help as I drove a distance to get there. Keep up the excellent Work ! Hope Continuity
