(December 18, 2018, 11:19 am)Excellent customer service, there were some problems with the delivery but Heys solved it quickly. The communication with Heys was smooth and I received timely updates about my luggage. I like their Eco line and the Eco Orbis has a classy design that shows it is a quality product.
(June 21, 2018, 1:33 pm)Excellent customer service! I had a backpack used only for daycare that had torn apart at the seams. I contacted Heys customer service and they responded right away with helping me receive a replacement backpack at no charge. Great service and would definitely buy more products from Heys.
