Staff are excellent, informative and engaged. Beautiful grands in the showroom, they sell some great digitals as well, a couple nice deals over the holidays that I almost bit at! They had also programmed an unbelievably good Steinway sound into a Roland mini grand, whomever buys that one will not have any regrets! If my son decides some day he wants to be a concert pianist, I am taking him here.

The Steinway Mississauga location has been a great addition to the community. They not only provide excellent pianos (Steinway — the name says it all!), but also great services to promote music in general. Shari Tallon has been particularly amazing in helping us with everything from giving music recitals, ordering books to choose pianos! Mr. Joe Amato, the manager at Steinway, was the one who helped me at the gallery. He is such a wonderful person!
