(February 17, 2019, 11:39 am)Frank and Tonys is now run by a sweet lady named Jessie, who along with her helper, named Anna, do a wonderful job of cutting mens hair. I never feel they rush, even when other customers are waiting, but treat each of us with the same individual quality care. Prices too, are fairly reasonable. Give the girls a try, and I think you will become a regular!
