  I initially went for a nerve injury, and went in thinking I was probably going to get charged like no tomorrow, and get temporary results. Jigsha is amazing! From the first appointment I could tell she wanted to get behind the actual cause, which I never got from other physios, and was the only reason I actually stayed. Even more so then relief, I was actually able to get properly treated, and was able to figure out what went wrong, and what I needed to do to improve and stronger. They ask you each session, whats going right and wrong, so they know what you can do to improve and also what they can treat!
  
  The atmosphere and the staff are friendly and personable, and they don't hesitate to answer questions, also a big plus!
  
  I strongly recommend people to get some sort of physio work done, if they go to the gym and are experiencing symptoms of any kind! Better to get fixed and put on the right path. And Triangle Physio is a good place for that!
  
  The only thing I think they should do is provide a document or breakdown of exercises so you can remember what to do, and not forget. That being said, you can just note it on your phone!

  Jiggy is both professional and personal. She has helped me with a number of decades old knee and hip injuries that have stumped many other physiotherapists in the past. I am experiencing great results thanks to her!

  This place has been an amazing experience since day one. Shiny being very knowledgeable, & gentle when it comes to physio treatments. She has also provided detailed exercises & stretches for at home benefit.. The receptionist are on point, especially in regards to the reminders. Raissa huge respects to you! 5/5

  I train at the gym almost 6 - 7 days a week. I started having lower back pain in October. Figured I try this place out. Front desk girls are super nice and Manu is my physiotherapist (BTW he's the best). After my second session with him my lower back pain completely disappeared. Now I come on a weekly basis. ????

  Shiny is an angel. She is by far, the best physiotherapist I have ever experienced! She knows exactly where my injuries are without me having to tell her. Precision, and the right amount of pressure she uses shows her higher knowledge of anatomy. She will make you feel BETTER! Thank you Shiny
