It's a nice store, I did go in thinking they would have more vegan options though I mean a lot of things were vegan but I was hoping for some cheese alternatives.

A great selection of organic and local food. I love to stop in for the sourdough from Downie St bakehouse and was pleased to hear that they are also a retailer for Four All Ice Cream now!

I used to work here - Melissa and Sarah are amazing owners, incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements. Great local produce and unique finds, great decor and well maintained space.

Local organic produce and the difference is in the taste -- wow, the garlic and strawberries taste better than any shipped in to Canada.
Buy local first then if you need to - go to the grocery chain.
