I live in Listowel and try to support local businesses. I had a problem with a garage door and didn't hesitate to contact Crosskill based on the other reviews that I'd read. Jennifer was great, explained the process and took all of my information. Although the issue wasn't an emergency, they were able to send a technician out the same day. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem (defective sensor) and had a new set installed within an hour. Through discussion about an earlier problem (not related to this repair) Dave suggested (didn't push) a larger and stronger lifting bracket. He had one on his truck so I had him install it while he was there. He adjusted the door and we were all done! I was extremely pleased with the cost for both repairs when I received the invoice via email the next day. If you have overhead door problems or need a new garage door, don't hesitate to contact Croskill!! Thanks for the great work!!
