Andrew is reliable, professional and very fair and honest. We live in Listowel and are renovating a 200 year old home. he has been available for emergency repairs, has worked together with other contractors to prep and finish renovations and has always been very fairly priced. He works efficiently, is tidy and organized and very knowledgeable. There is no other plumber I would recommend and he will continue to be my primary go to!

I live in Listowel and we needed to have an outside hose bib replaced. I like to use smaller local companies so I contacted Andrew. The fact that he had such great reviews on Google also played into my decision. I was NOT disappointed!! We scheduled a date and time for the repair. Andrew was on time, had everything he needed in his well-supplied van and completed the work without any issues. His price was very reasonable and he was wonderful to deal with. I had Andrew at my house to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and order the parts necessary to fix it, letting me know as soon as they arrived and scheduling a return appointment to complete the job. He was friendly, professional and responsive!

Found Andrew's contact from Kijjiji. He was the 2nd plumber that i contacted last evening. He picked the call and allowed me to describe the issue. Then I sent him the picture of the 3 way (mixing) value that needed replaced. He asked few pertinent questions to have more clarity around the issue. He was upfront on his charge and gave me an estimate for parts, labour taxes-in and advised when he can do the work. It is not easy to understand a person based on phone conversation. But that was not the case with Andrew, as he amazed me with his approach & professionalism. He quickly built his credibility when he quoted the price of the part (as I had already done my homework prior) - He also assured that the max would be x amount. I live in Mississauga and the work had to be done in Waterloo - he was willing to trust me to email transfer the $ after the work - when we don't know each other. I stayed in touch with Andrew until i was able to coordinate the timings with the tenant. Today Andrew had called the tenant agreed, met him as promised and completed the work. He promptly advised me when he got there and post completion of the work, shared a copy of the invoice. Impressed with every bit of his interaction- ie., quoting to completing the work at a fair price, ensuring that I am aware of the status and assuring we should get in touch with him, should there be any issues after. Rare to find a honest and professional like Andrew in today's world! I recommend Andrew and will hire him again for any of our plumbing needs. Wonderful experience!

Had a good experience hiring Andrew for extending the sump pump outlet pipe in front of the drywall and changing the washer drain pipe. He went above and beyond the call of duty to clean the sump pump dirt caused by squirrels, move the back flow device closer to the pump and fix the motor shakiness. Though he charges based on time, he doesn't care to wet his hands to do a quality job. He is very professional, competent, flexible, responsive and receptive. Neither rushy nor pushy. Will leave no stone unturned. He thinks through his job, tests and make sure that every thing works properly at the end. In the process he uncovered a toilet blockage issue and unplugged it. He uses his discretion to prioritize his jobs since he gets to attend lot of emergency calls. He took time to provide me with a detailed bill. I would avail his service again for any plumbing work.
