I went on the website and filled out one of those questions and left an email, but then I decided to give them a call. The gentleman on the line said he would prepare a quote and asked if I preferred that he call back, or send an email. I was about to give him my email, but he already had it infront of him minutes after I sent the question so I really didn't have to call at all. He was already on it! It's always good when a business actually gets to your question the same day.
