She carefully explained each aspect of our conditional offer and made sure we were comfortable before sending it off. In 2017, I moved from K-W to Listowel due to personal necessity. Imagine my surprise, meeting someone as personable and knowledgeable as Tracy Miller-Weber.

From the outset, she anticipated what I was looking for, even though I wasn’t much help 😉.

We viewed a number of properties all over town, and Tracy was always prompt, gracious and full,of tidbits about property, location, the town too.

I was able to work out a deal, mostly remotely due to work obligations, and Tracy was always available, super helpful and very attentive.

I couldn’t have asked for more in a realtor. She took a sometimes difficult process and made it very simple for me.
