Had a mix up with my appointment recently, and they truly felt bad about it and were very apologetic. Appointment mixup has never happened here before so I know it was a fluke, as they are always very punctual.
Loved my haircut, and my new stylist. Reasonable and comparable prices. Tons of services available, and ability to book online is also a bonus.
