I became a customer of Legge Fitness near 3 years ago, purchasing accessories, such as filters and socks, for my Softub. I was impressed with their generosity in their gift card program where I received a $100 gift card after only a few minor purchases. It was clear they wanted to maintain and increase my business with them. Earlier this year I needed work done on my 10 year old Softub. They suggested a new liner. It ended up needing a full reconditioning, essentially a new-tub-to-me. I was thoroughly impressed with all steps in the process. Stephen's patient and professional replies to my many queries, down to small details, and his positive demeanour as we negotiated details and all-in price left me entirely satisfied. In this often sterile, corporate world, it is a pleasure to find a small family business that demonstrates old-time values in their endeavours.
