This was truly the ultimate service anybody could receive, above and beyond are not strong enough words. Our last minute and very late afternoon request on a Thursday was not typical (we required a rental for the next day Friday early morning) and although the offices were closed on Friday for the long Easter weekend Steven Reist, took a lot of he's time and time from he's private life at home to accommodate our needs. Wow, very appreciative for everything Steven has done for us.

Excellent service! This was my first time renting a trailer and Nick answered all my many questions with regard to the equipment and accessories provided. The trailer was in great shape and ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. Long Haul also made accommodations due to a medical issue that required us to delay our departure by a few days.
