Been a customer of theirs over the better part of 10 years. Their bicycles are made to last and their service and professionalism is incomparable. Definitely worth a visit if you need something fixed on your bike.

After a couple of years of trying to find a competent person to do some maintenance on my recumbent trike, I'd all but given up! Was online searching when I found Ontario Cycle. What drew me to calling, was the pick up & delivery feature /price. The entire ordeal was painless, friendly, fast & affordable. My trike is running great & I'm confident that any future problems will be easily solved! Didn't have to leave my driveway! Can't beat the service they offer, believe me I've looked @ & dealt with a number of bike shops over the yrs. By far the best in Wellington Grey & Bruce counties!

The Ontario Cycle team listened to me and my needs as an urban cyclist. They went out of their way to provide me with the excellent customer service and I ended up purchasing an Opus hybrid bike. Positive experience and loving my bike.
