The Shooting Academy

Recently joined this club, the range is well lit with good ventilation. still looks like new so you can tell that other members and staff take care of the place. Its amazing that the facility is 24 hours to members as my work hours conflict with most ranges and it makes it difficult for me to get out and shoot. The store is well stocked has everything you can think of. Big bonus no probe shoots, you join and you can shoot restricted or non restricted.

My Wife and I embarked on a new adventure March 2021 to get our RPAL. After successfully passing, the process really began. After researching dozens of locations to purchase a gun, emailing various ranges, we settled on the The Listowel Shooting Academy. I had emailed them (Jeff) several times with questions on guns, memberships etc. I always received an email back with more then just a yes or no answer. He took the time to explain options and suggested options. Once out RPAL arrived from the RCMP, my wife and I visited the location and purchased our choice of Glocks ( all of which they had in stock). Being one to research, Jeff's prices were INLINE with any other supplier in Ontario. Jeff took care of all the back end paper work for us. 1.5 weeks later we received the transfer and a temp ATT to pick up the guns. We have now joined as members and are looking forward to a longer term relationship.
Before you go anywhere else, it is well worth the email and conversation.

Hidden gem away from the big city crowds. Well equipped facility from the 25 yards 6 lanes indoor range with an impressive backstop and ventilation, the large classroom with a wide range of firearm safety training offerings, the well stocked retail space and the friendly and knowledgeable stuff there is not much more the firearms enthusiast can ask from a fine club like this.
