Knollcrest Lodge

I would like to thank the staff at Knollcrest Lodge for all their hard work.
My loved one lived there for many years until her passing, the staff was always compassionate and knowledgeable and kept me informed of any medical and personal changes that she went through.
The various departments work very hard, the activation department always attempts to keep your loved one busy while respecting the residents wishes, the restorative department is always busy trying to keep the residents physically strong. The nursing staff works very hard at meeting the needs of all the residents and showing respect and love to all the residents. The dietary staff/ housekeeping/laundry are a great group of people who work hard at keeping the facility clean, the residents feed with great food and keeping the clothes clean.
The office staff was always amazing.

I highly recommend having your loved ones live at Knollcrest, they have an amazing staff who are dedicated in providing a safe, clean and loving environment. My Aunt has lived there for over 7 years, she suffers from dementia and the staff have always treated her with the utmost in respect. Every department from housekeeping to nursing to dietary to activities takes the responsibility of caring for your loved ones seriously. There activities department works really hard to provide my aunt with a fulfilling day of enriching programs, and the dietary department provides quality meals. As for the nursing department they are amazing, hands down. I have seen the housekeeping staff take time out of their day to stop of listen to various residents and have amazing conversation that leave the residents feel loved. I know after every visit with my aunt that I'm leaving her in good hands, till the next visit. Thank you to all those who care and look after my Aunt, she may not be able to say it for herself but I will say it for her keep up the good work!!!!
