(July 10, 2023, 2:59 pm)I attended a Bonbon Making Workshop, and had the most wonderful time. Stephen has had a long career in hospitality and works as an instructor in Conestoga College, and all of that shows with the care and clarity he provides in his instruction.
His chocolate are divine as well. I'm very interested in his vision on focusing on local, and his creativity in making flavours that he envisions and desires. Looking forward to seeing what is to come. :)
