“This was our first time visiting this branch since previously using the Woodstock one. We did not end up finding what we needed. But happy with the service we received. Steve helped us find a Fridge that met our needs, but unfortunately it was about 3/4" too wide for our space. We put a down payment on to reserve and were able to get a refund without a hassle. He never made us feel like we were a lot of trouble, and was very motivated to help us find what we need. Other Staff members helped as well. They seem to work well as a team. It is nice to go to stores where customer service is such a priority. They have a packed showroom with many pretty furniture. We will definitely be back.”

The hourly rate that is charged is too high in my opinion when the mechanics themselves are making a fraction of that I’m sure and the parts that are required seem to be charged at a maximum. “Ann is wonderful... I know this is not a petting zoo so I made sure to write her a letter requesting a visit before just showing up. I was well received and I adore my new set of three alpaca wool dryer balls as well as my new alpaca pin. Her animals are gorgeous and well cared for. Thank you for allowing me to come and learn about alpaca farming, I do hope I am lucky enough to own some in the future. If you want to pet alpacas this is NOT the place, a petting zoo is. She is a reputable breeder and has her own alpaca made products store. I highly recommend visiting her store. Thanks!”
