Back to Your Roots

I've been going to Back to Your Roots for just over a year. I was skeptical at first but willing to try anything as I was frustrated, anxious, and struggling. Becca has a sunny and welcoming personality that makes you feel very relaxed and safe. She walks you through every step of the way and her insights have been invaluable.

I'm more motivated and calm after every session and because of this I have a new appreciation for meditation and spiritual healing. Going to Back to Your Roots has been a wonderful blessing and I always look forward to my next session!
