I called Chapters - as I was looking for a certain book. They didn't have and said they couldn't put on order and didn't know when they might get it in again.
I remembered Fanfare from my Stratford visits. The gentleman was incredibly friendly and said he would gladly put the book on order for me, and it came in within a week. What an awesome highlight of the difference between a local shop willing to take the time to help out and go the extra mile. I will shop with Fanfare for all my books from here on out and will spread the word on my positive experience!
