Got new glasses - regular and sunglasses - from them and was very happy with their service. I'm a bit of an introvert, and when I went to look for my regular glasses, they didn't mind letting me be and letting me just trying on ALL the frames on my own. I was there for a while. When I got my sunglasses, I asked for a bit of help because I knew what I was looking for, they were very friendly and tried to find other frames that matched what I was hoping for.

I would definitely go back to them again.

I went to the Stratford location earlier today and was helped by Sam W. She helped me pick out some very nice frames and she was very knowledgeable in her products. She was polite, patient, and very respectful. Will defiantly go back to purchase glasses next time I need new glasses.

Shopping here was great! The staff were all super friendly and gave their honest opinions on the frames I was picking out. They helped me chose the best frames for me within my price range and aesthetic style. They have a good selection of frames as well they are willing to help you out with anything !
