(August 5, 2016, 7:19 pm)Went for my yearly hearing test and found that my level had slipped and suggested I start using hearing aids. Decided to give them a try and was very pleased with the speed they arrived and the quality of the sound.
Over the next while I was having difficulty keeping the right aid in my ear and after trying several adjustments that didn't solve the problem, Avery suggested we change to a mold for the right ear because irregularities of the ear.
I am waiting now for the new piece to come in and am entirely impressed with the staff in Stratford and the product they represent.
