Junction 56 Distillery

It’s a real nice setup they have at this distillery. It worth coming down to check it out. They have great selection and the staff are quite helpful.

Was only able to do a tasting.

For $10 you can sample most of junction 56’ catalog of spirits. Steve, our tasting guide did a great job of describing the inception of the brand and their distilling process.

Favourites are: lemon gin, mint smoothie vodka, elderflower gin, sex and gold vodka. Also their plain vodka goes down really smooth!

Stopped in to stock up on the best vodka we’ve ever had, plus their fabulous gin. Chatted at length with Theresa who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We did a tour and tasting which was beyond anything I could have imagined! I expected a couple samples, and the alcohol to be typical of craft distilleries, this was not that at all!
We tried at least a dozen different samples. The flavour on each is absolutely incredible!

The vodkas and gins are smooth, no terrible after kick. The flavour options are amazing.

Definitely a hidden gem in Stratford!

Leah was a great tour guide. Learned lots about distilling. Samples were fantastic also. Great selection of product you can't buy anywhere else! Great little stop in Stratford. Also kid friendly.
