Needed help blocked connection. Water leaking on the floor. Service person repaired problem quickly and successfully.
Had a great experience with KRR. Purchased and installed a new Rheem high efficiency furnace and AC unit with them along with a new tankless water heater rental. I first contacted KRR through their online contact request form late one evening to request more information. To my surprise Matt responded that night, and communication and attention to detail was kept up throughout the entire process from quotation to install. Highly recommend this company.
